Emotional intelligence involves being sensitive to and perceptive of other people’s emotions and having the ability to facilitate improved performance based on this knowledge. Studies show emotional intelligence is responsible for over half of job performance. Participants will learn a flexible set of skills that can be acquired and improved with practice.
