Jennifer created Tin Sheets Consulting with her husband, Jay, to help small businesses find the tools and solutions to reach their full potential. After discovering that the most rewarding part of owning their own small business was designing the plans and developing the systems to facilitate growth, they created Tin Sheets to help others find the same success. A full-service agency, Tin Sheets offers business optimization, customer service outsourcing, marketing and branding, planning, training, and full winery services.
With years of experience leading and fundraising for non-profit organizations, Jennifer has worn nearly every hat and helped both to grow long-standing organizations and to build new organizations from the ground up. Bringing her knowledge and expertise from the non-profit world, Jennifer helped shape the future of Colorado wine by bringing new perspective and creative ideas, as co-owner and winemaker of one of Colorado’s pioneering wineries, Canyon Wind Cellars.
