Jennifer Bridges is a business consultant for eEmployers Solutions Inc, an HR Outsourcing solution-based organization out of San Antonio, TX. She consults with small to midsized businesses on simple solutions available for HR, Payroll, Workers Comp, Employee Benefits, and automated employer technology. For 10 years, Jennifer managed operations for OfficeMax in Colorado Springs including profit and loss statements, hiring and training of employees, inventory management, and sales development. During this time, she earned her Bachelor’s of Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Jennifer has enjoyed volunteering her time at the Pikes Peak SBDC since 2013. She consults on customized solutions for marketing, business development, and business owners hiring their first employee. She helps generate strategies for short and long-term goals specific to each business. Jennifer has worked in a management capacity since 1999 in the Pikes Peak Region. She enjoys spending her free time on the ski slopes with her husband and two sons.
