Tascha Yoder

As a business coach and owner of the Center for Powerful Living, Tascha helps passion-driven entrepreneurs with marketing, product development, and strategy in service of living the life they want while running a successful business. She is committed to fostering growth through mastermind groups, individual coaching, GrowthCirclesTM, and experiential learning. Her gift is being able to integrate her 20 years of experience in life coaching, corporate consulting, MBA, leadership skills, team building, spiritual practices and system dynamics into what is needed for her clients.

Tascha completed her undergraduate degree in her home state where she was a Presidential Scholar at the University of Northern Iowa. After that, she earned an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. She has attended the Coaches Training Institute and The Center for Right Relationship for individual coaching, organizational and systems relationship coaching, resulting in the designation of Certified Professional Co-active Coach. In addition, she is an authorized facilitator for the Team Diagnostic Process. In 2015, Tascha received the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (SCWCC) Member of the Year award. She is an active member of the North Colorado Springs Rotary Club and is the past president of the SCWCC Foundation board.

Steve Imke

Steve Imke has lived in Monument, CO since 1986 with his wife Kim and their three boys. Steve has founded several small businesses in Colorado; most notable was Horizon Interactive in 1994. In 1999, he sold Horizon Interactive to the publicly-traded business, Interleaf, and was hired as Vice President of Operations in their services division. With Horizon Interactive at its core, and with the resource of a publicly-traded company, Steve helped grow the services division during the next two years from $8 million to over $32 million in sales and over 250 employees.

Before starting Horizon Interactive, Steve owned an Invisible Fencing franchise. He started working for Digital Equipment Corporation as a Course Developer and ultimately became the Site Manager for the Colorado Documentation and Course Development Operations division. Currently, Steve owns several small businesses, which he uses to manage his passive income portfolio primarily through Residential and Commercial Real Estate holdings and through Oil and Gas Investments. He also writes a small business blog (SteveBizBlog.com) to assist entrepreneurs in achieving their dream of business ownership. Steve also has several other websites to educate investors about the Oil and Gas industry.

Steve volunteers his time to many civic organizations. Steve is an accredited SCORE mentor, consultant for the SBDC and sits on their Advisory Board, and was a member and treasurer of the Board of Directors for the ARC of the Pikes Peak Region, a local non-profit helping individuals with developmental disabilities. He was also the Entrepreneurship Director for Pikes Peak Community College.

Dr. Shawn P. Murray, C|CISO, CISSP, CRISC, FITSP-A, C|EI

Shawn Murray is President and CAO at Murray Security Services and was previously assigned to the United States Missile Defense Agency as a senior cybersecurity professional. His previous assignments include work with the US Army Cyber Command in Europe, US Air Force and with Commercial Industry in various roles in Information Assurance and cybersecurity. He has traveled the globe performing physical and cybersecurity assessments on critical national defense and coalition programs and has prepared reports for the House Armed Services Committee and has testified for the U.S. Senate on small business concerns. He is the lead cyber consultant at the Pikes Peak Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and sits on the national SBDC cyber working group.

Dr. Murray has worked with SBA, Colorado Attorney General’s office, NSA, FBI, CIA and the US Defense and State Departments on various Cyber initiatives and has over 20 years of IT, communications and cybersecurity experience. He has presented as a featured or keynote speaker for numerous conferences across the globe and enjoys teaching and presenting as a guest lecturer on Cybersecurity, business and computer science courses at his Cyber Academy and for several universities. He has several industry recognized certifications to include the C|CISO, CISSP and CRISC. He holds several degrees to include an Applied Doctorate in Computer Science with a concentration in Enterprise Information Systems.

Dr. Murray is a Distinguished Fellow at the Information Systems Security Association and was recently elected as the new President to the International Board of Directors. He is a member of ISC2, ACM, IEEE, ISACA and the Colorado Springs World Affairs Council. He enjoys spending time traveling with his family, researching and collaborating with other professionals in cybersecurity and Cyber Law and plays soccer on a local league in Colorado Springs.

Sandy Lamb

Sandy had a long career spanning 27 years with Bechtel Corporation in several business lines including Cost and Schedule Management, Marketing and Strategy, Contract Management, Acquisitions, Program and Project Management. She was fortunate to travel with her family throughout the U.S. and was assigned to many signature projects, including Homeland Security Technology Program at Nevada Test Site training first responders; Extended Power Uprate project at St. Lucie Nuclear Power Plant in Florida; and, most recently, destroying chemical weapons at Army Pueblo Chemical Depot in Colorado for the Department of Defense as part of the international treaty administered by OPCW.

Sandy is a graduate from Johns Hopkins University with an MBA in International Business. She completed her undergraduate studies at Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business in Economics. She loves to volunteer her time in the community and in her church. She has a passion for helping children in need and her family has been sponsoring Victor, who lives in Burkina Faso, through Compassion International since 2014. She is a member of the Colorado Springs Regional Action Committee for Women’s Foundation of Colorado, was recently elected as Vice President of Membership for Toastmasters International (Downtown chapter) and is a facilitator and certified business consultant for the SBDC. As the owner of Altitude Business Coaching, Sandy helps business owners focus on the areas of time, team, money and strategy needed to inspire businesses to reach new heights.

Roy Griggs

Roy Griggs is the President/Owner of the Business Coaches of America (BCA), LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in helping companies win government business. BCA’s capabilities include Business Development/Capture, Proposal Development, and Strategic Planning. Roy has over 43 years of combined military and defense industry experience.

Roy is a retired Colonel and his military experience includes over 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, working in Space Operations, Missile Operations and Maintenance, Strategic Planning, Integrated Logistics Support, and education and training. He also has 17 years’ worth of experience with defense contracting in Business Development, Capture Management, Proposal Development, Program Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Assistance, and Strategic Planning. Roy has contributed to the growth of many businesses and has won contracts totaling over $3 billion.
