Tim is an accomplished entrepreneur with expertise in marketing, business development, sales management and strategic planning. He has 20+ years of successful entrepreneurial experience with a passion for developing and growing businesses. Currently, Tim is a marketing consultant and digital marketer with Rialto Mobile Marketing. He helps small businesses differentiate themselves from the competition, work with more ideal clients, command a premium for their products and services, and makes marketing easier with consistent, repeatable results.
As a Duct Tape Marketing Certified Consultant, Tim follows a proven marketing system that has worked time and time again for all business owners. He starts with marketing strategy first, then executes and manages the different marketing tactics required to help clients reach their goals. Tim graduated from UC Berkeley in 1996 and jumped right into entrepreneurship. He got his start as a partner in a wholesale distribution company he helped grow at 60% a year for 9 years before being acquired in 2005. He understands the challenges and triumphs of being a business owner and enjoys helping business owners work through the bumps in the road on the way to success.
Terry Zarsky was the Business Services Librarian for the Pikes Peak Library District for 35 years. She assists the people in the community who are seeking to start a business or grow the business they are currently employed with or own. She provides business information regarding formation, industry outlook, marketing, demographics, financials, advertising and other topics pertinent to running a business. Terry works closely with many business organizations in Colorado Springs, including the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, The Thrive Network, the Small Business Development Center, SCORE, the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Black Chamber of Commerce, Pikes Peak United Way and Board of Friends of the Pikes Peak Library District among others
Terry retired in 2020 but stays heavily connected with the business community and teaches classes for SCORE. She also meets one on one with people who need personalized assistance in market research using free library resources.
As a business coach and owner of the Center for Powerful Living, Tascha helps passion-driven entrepreneurs with marketing, product development, and strategy in service of living the life they want while running a successful business. She is committed to fostering growth through mastermind groups, individual coaching, GrowthCirclesTM, and experiential learning. Her gift is being able to integrate her 20 years of experience in life coaching, corporate consulting, MBA, leadership skills, team building, spiritual practices and system dynamics into what is needed for her clients.
Tascha completed her undergraduate degree in her home state where she was a Presidential Scholar at the University of Northern Iowa. After that, she earned an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. She has attended the Coaches Training Institute and The Center for Right Relationship for individual coaching, organizational and systems relationship coaching, resulting in the designation of Certified Professional Co-active Coach. In addition, she is an authorized facilitator for the Team Diagnostic Process. In 2015, Tascha received the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (SCWCC) Member of the Year award. She is an active member of the North Colorado Springs Rotary Club and is the past president of the SCWCC Foundation board.
